Jah's Black Pepper Crab




When our local crab guy, Bashali, came by with some tasty live crabs we couldn't resist. One of them was so feisty he managed to escape the bowl and hid under the oven! Jah was excited about experiment with some crab recipes we had tasted in Sri Lanka a few years ago and with a sunny day amongst the rainy ones we took advantage and put together a pool side feast.


The sauce for this recipe is full of flavour and you can easily substitute other delicious seafood in place of the crab, check out the video to see what we did and there is a downloadable recipe below.
